About
As a child I thought everyone's grandmothers/mother/aunts taught them how to work with subtle energies using pendulums, reading cards or by placing a healing hand where needed. I also thought that everyone's father taught them how to commune with animals and nature, to explore the power of the mind, body and spirit, and to contemplate what connects us all. It wasn't until I was older that I realized this was not the case, but I never gave it much thought. It was just "who I was, and what I did".

Once I had completed university, a series of life events led me to Canmore Alberta, and then to Vancouver BC, Canada, where many synchronicities occurred, and so began my journey of pursuing a deeper understanding of working with these subtle energies.
I spent the next few decades studying and working with mentors and teachers to explore a variety of healing modalities, and becoming certified in them myself.
Mission
I have learned that ultimately we are simply called to "Love and be Loved", and that we can do this on our own by pursuing what brings us joy. I have gathered tools to help me remove blockages to this pursuit so I can answer this call, and I want to share them with anyone who chooses to answer this call as well.
Vision
To bring more light into the world by answering the call to raise my vibration to the frequency of joy, abundance, and love, and to help others to do the same, regardless of circumstance.
